Are the games free?
Yes, the public games are free to play. Katkuti accounts are for adults only; children play with a parent or teacher.
Can we play offline?
We do not guarantee offline play. Games and stories generally need an internet connection.
How much is Katkuti Pro?
The monthly price is $10 including 18% tax, with no extra tax added on top. It renews monthly until you cancel.
What is the free trial?
A 3-day free trial, once per account, with 20 credits. It does not repeat if you subscribe again.
How many credits do I get each month?
You get 50 shared credits each paid month. Unused credits do not roll over, and there are no credit top-ups to buy.
What happens when I cancel? When can I resubscribe?
Canceling stops renewal, and your access stays until the date shown on the Katkuti Pro page. You can resubscribe after that access ends, without a new free trial.
What stays free in stories?
Reading saved stories and questions an adult writes by hand remain free. Pro’s automatic story questions use no extra credits.
How much does narration cost?
In Pro: 1 credit for a story of 1 to 10 pages, 2 credits for 11 to 20 pages, once per story per account. Replaying is not charged.
Is exporting stories free?
Exports are free for now, for a temporary period, and that may change later. It is not a permanent free entitlement.
Can I upload children’s photos or generate video?
No. Child-photo uploads and video generation are currently disabled.
Is Teacher Studio available to everyone?
Teacher Studio is a pilot subject to the pilot limits currently enabled. It may not be available to every account.
What is the family album?
A reward album owned by the parent account, with no named child profiles. Progress is shared across the family.
What should I keep out of support messages?
Do not write passwords, payment details, or children’s names or photos. We do not accept attachments.
How do I get help? Will I get a reply by email?
Sign in and open a request from the Contact page. It is private to your account and Katkuti staff, and replies appear inside Katkuti on your requests page. We send no email notifications and cannot promise an instant reply. Without an account, email us.
