These Terms of Use apply to the “Learning Arabic with Katkuti” mobile application and related services operated by Katkuti LTD (“Katkuti”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

 

1. About the App

Learning Arabic with Katkuti is an educational app designed to help children learn Arabic letters, pronunciation, spelling, words, and related learning activities through games and interactive content.

The app is intended for children and should be used with the involvement, permission, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

 

2. License to Use the App

The app is licensed to you, not sold. Katkuti LTD grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices that you own or control, according to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you downloaded the app.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works from the app or any part of it, except where allowed by applicable law.

 

3. Subscriptions and Premium Access

The app may offer monthly or yearly subscription plans. A subscription may unlock premium learning content, remove ads, and provide access to additional mini-games or features.

Subscription prices, billing periods, free trial availability, and included features are shown inside the app before purchase.

If a free trial is offered, the subscription will automatically renew after the trial ends unless canceled before the end of the trial period.

 

4. Payment and Auto-Renewal

Payments are processed by the app store used to purchase the subscription:

For iOS users, payments are processed through Apple App Store.
For Android users, payments are processed through Google Play.

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing period unless canceled before renewal. The app store may charge your account before the start of the next billing period according to its own terms and policies.

 

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Canceling a subscription usually stops future billing, but you may continue to have access to the subscribed content until the end of the current paid period, according to the applicable app store policy.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the app store where the purchase was made.

Katkuti LTD does not directly control Apple App Store or Google Play refund decisions.

 

7. Children and Parental Responsibility

Because the app is designed for children, parents or legal guardians are responsible for approving the child’s use of the app, managing subscriptions, and supervising the child’s activity.

Children should not make purchases or subscriptions without permission from a parent or legal guardian.

 

8. Privacy

9. App Content and Educational Use

The app is provided for educational and personal use only. We try to provide useful and age-appropriate learning content, but we do not guarantee specific educational results.

We may update, improve, remove, or change features, games, content, or subscription benefits from time to time.

 

10. External Services

The app may use or link to third-party services such as Apple App Store, Google Play, payment systems, analytics tools, or other services required for app functionality.

Your use of these third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

 

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app. You may not use the app in a way that is illegal, harmful, abusive, disruptive, or that violates the rights of Katkuti LTD or any third party.

You may not attempt to bypass payment, subscription controls, security systems, or access restrictions.

 

12. No Warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep the app working properly, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every device or user.

 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Katkuti LTD will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

 

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app or premium features if these Terms are violated, if payment is canceled or invalid, or if required by law or app store policy.

 

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
