Privacy Policy

Service information is public. Sign-in is required to browse teachers and submit a lesson request, which is linked to the adult parent’s account. We store their name, contact email, country, time zone, child age band, topic, preferred profile, schedule and optional goals and phone number. We do not request child names, birth dates or photos; avoid sensitive information in goals. Support uses these details to review and discuss arrangements. A request is not a booking or payment. Directory profiles are separate from private applications.

Teaching applicants sign in. We store name, email, country, optional phone, languages, topics, degree, institution and a declaration of Arabic-speaking teaching ability. Authorized support reviews these privately; approval does not publish them automatically. No email is sent automatically. Authorized staff can add internal notes, which are not included in the submitter’s export or the public directory.

Existing guest requests remain accessible in their original browser using the essential cookie, valid for up to 90 days. New public visits do not create a lesson guest session. Email or reference alone cannot access legacy requests; contact support if the cookie is lost. Signed-in users see account-owned records alongside guest requests associated with the current browser. The “My lesson requests” page lets you export records available to you as JSON, withdraw open requests or permanently delete an individual record from the app database. Record deletion does not delete your Clerk account, stories, album or other records; hosting backups may retain copies under their policies. We do not promise automatic record deletion when the cookie expires. Operator legal-basis and retention-period decisions still require review.

Accounts are intended for parents and managed by Clerk, which processes account details such as email and sign-in session data. Saved stories may contain text and names entered by the account holder, generated images and audio. Content generation sends necessary inputs to AI providers; avoid sensitive information or a child’s full name. Publishing a story is separate from saving it.

The album is private and shared within a parent account, without separate child profiles. After the parent chooses to save progress, we store the account identifier, category and overall completion totals, streak, last completion date, play dates in the seven-day window at the last save, and the storage-notice version. The service checks challenge answers but does not store them. The album does not request child names, ages or photos, and certificates have no saved name.

With separate, fresh optional consent, completed daily challenges can contribute practice summaries for 28 days: day, category, question count, correct first submitted responses, retry count and consent-notice version. We do not store answers, attempt histories or play-session identifiers. Response order and retries are browser-reported; we do not link play sessions, and reloading starts a new session. This is shared-family practice, not evidence of one child’s mastery, and question difficulty may vary. Expired summaries are excluded from views and exports and automatically removed when the service starts and periodically while it runs.

This data is used to provide the requested progress and rewards, not for advertising or public rankings. Basic album data remains until the parent deletes it; optional practice summaries expire after 28 days. The album page offers export and permanent deletion from the application database, including practice summaries and their consent version. Parents can also stop summaries and delete them without losing stickers or completion totals. These controls do not delete the Clerk account or stories. Hosting backups may retain copies under the provider’s backup policies. Contact us for broader deletion requests.

Katkuti is a children’s educational games website. This policy applies to the Katkuti website and the game pages reached through it.

The word and math puzzle games do not require an account. We do not send children’s typed words or numeric answers to analytics. Other site features may use accounts or user-submitted content, as described on the site.

Your browser may store your language choice, recently used words in Word Quest, and completed Brain Math levels so the games can continue when you return. These are stored on your device; children’s answers are not added to analytics events.

Like any website, the hosting service may process technical information needed to deliver a page, such as an IP address, browser type, and request time. We do not use this information in the app to identify you or create a profile about you.

During an administrator-selected collection period, limited Google signals without analytics or advertising cookie storage and aggregate site-wide page counts run automatically, including lessons, Science Lab and Code Quest. No Allow click is required. Our count records store only the UTC day, safe page path and total views—not visitor identities, IP addresses, child information or form answers. Private pages are grouped into general areas without record identifiers or URL parameters. Google loads in an isolated frame containing no forms or child data, with analytics and advertising storage denied. Its reports may differ from aggregate counts; page views are not unique visitors. Declining through the controls on this page stops future collection, and collection ends with the administrator’s period. Advertising is currently paused. External embedded games may have different services and settings. We do not use session recording in puzzle games.

The site is designed for children. The puzzle games do not ask them to enter personal information, but external analytics and advertising services may process technical data as noted above. Parents can contact support@katkuti.com with questions.

We rely on ordinary hosting safeguards to protect the site, but no online service can guarantee absolute security or availability. Word and math puzzle answers are not stored in a game database.
